二、崗位職責(zé)
1. 崗位1：網(wǎng)站編輯
（1）負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校英文版官方網(wǎng)站的新聞采編、內(nèi)容翻譯及更新和網(wǎng)站日常維護(hù);
（2）監(jiān)控網(wǎng)站流量和用戶行為，優(yōu)化網(wǎng)站結(jié)構(gòu)，提升用戶體驗(yàn)，確保網(wǎng)站在各種瀏覽器和設(shè)備上的正常訪問；
（3）協(xié)助進(jìn)行網(wǎng)站推廣和學(xué)校品牌建設(shè)；
（4）跟蹤網(wǎng)站技術(shù)發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)，學(xué)習(xí)并應(yīng)用新技術(shù)以提升網(wǎng)站性能；
（5）領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
2. 崗位2：英文編輯
（1）學(xué)校網(wǎng)站、多媒體平臺(tái)英文編輯；學(xué)校英文網(wǎng)站的新聞采編、網(wǎng)站日常維護(hù)及內(nèi)容更新；
（2）協(xié)助進(jìn)行網(wǎng)站推廣和學(xué)校品牌建設(shè)；
（3）為學(xué)校英文版官方網(wǎng)站改進(jìn)提出建議；
（4）領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
三、應(yīng)聘人員基本條件
1. 崗位1：網(wǎng)站編輯
（1）具有中華人民共和國國籍；
（2）遵紀(jì)守法，品行端正；
（3）媒體管理、市場營銷、傳播學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士及以上學(xué)歷，有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；
（4） 英語聽說讀寫能力強(qiáng)，能夠流利進(jìn)行口譯和書面翻譯；
（5）具備良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神，能夠與各部門有效溝通；
（6）具備較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力和問題解決能力，能夠迅速適應(yīng)新技術(shù)和新環(huán)境。
2. 崗位2：英文編輯
（1）擁有在數(shù)字營銷、高等教育營銷或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域開展文字內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
（2）遵紀(jì)守法，品行端正；
（3）媒體管理、市場營銷、傳播學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士及以上學(xué)歷，有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；
（4）具備良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神，能夠與各部門有效溝通；
（5）具備較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力和問題解決能力，能夠迅速適應(yīng)新技術(shù)和新環(huán)境。
（6）英語聽說讀寫能力強(qiáng)，能夠流利進(jìn)行口譯和書面翻譯,母語為英語者優(yōu)先。
四、 工資待遇
1．一經(jīng)聘用，按照《勞動(dòng)合同法》及《北京航空航天大學(xué)聘用編教職工管理辦法（試行）》簽訂勞動(dòng)合同，繳納社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)、住房公積金；
2．具體待遇按照學(xué)校聘用制人員相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行。

The International Relations Department (IRD) of Beihang University has decided to hire two (2) project-based employees to support further development of IRD. The specifics are as follows:
1 Positions and Number of Recruits
Position 1:1 Web Editor
Position 2: 1 English Editor
2 Essential Duties and Responsibilities
(1) Position 1: Web Editor
a) News editing, content translation and update, and routine maintenance of the official English website of Beihang University;
b) Tracking user behavior and website traffic, optimizing the structure of the website, enhancing the user experience, and ensuring consistent accessibility to the website on different browsers and devices;
c) Assisting website promotion and program brand building;
d) Acquiring and using new technologies to improve website performance;
e) Other tasks as assigned.
(2) Position 2: English Editor
a) English editing for the official English website and other multimedia platforms; news gathering and editing, routine maintenance, and content updating for the official English website;
b) Assisting website promotion and program brand building;
c) Providing suggestions for improving the official English website;
d) Other tasks as assigned.
3 Qualifications for Applicants
(1) Position 1: Web Editor
a) Holds nationality of the People's Republic of China;
b) Abides by the law and regulations;
c) Holds a master's degree in media management, marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably with relevant working experience;
d) Proficient in reading, writing, listening, and speaking in English, Excellent translation and interpretation skills;
e) Strong sense of teamwork and excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with various departments;
f) Possesses strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and environments.
(2) Position 2: English Editor
a) Priority will be given to candidates with experience in content creation for digital marketing, higher education marketing, or related fields;
b) Abides by laws and regulations;
c) Holds a master's degree in media management, marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably with relevant working experience.
d) Strong sense of teamwork and excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with various departments;
e) Possesses strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and environments.
f) Proficient in reading, writing, listening, and speaking in English, Excellent translation and interpretation skills. Native English speakers are preferred.
4 Salary and Benefits
Upon employment, a contract will be signed in compliance with the Labor Contract Law and the Beihang University Employment and Management Measures for Faculty and Staff (Trial). The implementation of the contract will be based on Beihang University’s regulations for project-based employees.
